You must be 16 or older and possess basic computer skills to participate. Preregister at the Reference Desk starting, May 4 at 10 a.m.

Members of the NYPD's 114th Precinct and New Immigrant Outreach Unit will explain how to get help resolving community issues and discuss youth programs. Members of Immigration Advocacy Services and Emerald Isle Immigration Center will also speak. Translation into Albanian, Arabic, Croatian, Bosnian and Serbian will be provided.

New Americans Program offers Cultural Arts programs celebrating the arts and literature of ethnic groups in Queens communities. Programs are presented in the Central Library and in community libraries. Offerings include music, dance, drama performances, bilingual poetry and storytelling.
