Civil Service Study Guides

With links to Civil Service websites, publishers, and bookstores, the Social Sciences Division provides access to a growing collection of over 500 Civil Service Study Guides. In addition to the circulating collection, reference copies are available at the Central Library for most of the titles.

Small Business Tools

The Small Business Center is collection of over 1,400 circulating and reference books that cover the many categories of business start-ups. The collection's books range from general small business start-up information for all types of businesses to specific categories like starting a gift basket business or restaurant.

Test Guides

The Social Sciences Division has an extensive collection of Test Guides for high school, general education, college, military, and teaching. You can also access selected practice tests on The Learning Express Library, found in “Databases” under “Articles & Databases.”
